It may also cause systematic disorders like high blood pressure, which may later cause eye diseases like diabetic retinopathy or vision loss. If you are concerned about your weight affecting your eyes, proper eating and routine exercise can help. Usually, considerable weight loss helps reverse eye problems associated with obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes. As you can see, maintaining the recommended body weight helps you keep various eye problems at bay and even prevent vision loss.
